I was a little nervous and skeptical, but Tricia made me feel relaxed and ‘safe.’ The process was simple, and I really felt my husband’s presence. It was very comforting. I felt very close to him, but in a freeing way at the same time. Overall, it was lovely and peaceful, and I am still smiling! It was more than I ever hoped for. My session was really wonderful. I came into the session “ramped up,” and I left feeling acknowledged, grounded, excited, hopeful and empowered. I know a lot about the Five Element paradigm, and yet I felt that I left the session learning new things and embodying those energetics in a deeper and more cohesive way.
